This residence is placed in the south of Lima city, with a warm climate and surrounded with grow areas.
The conception of the project was to create a private small villa with a classical architecture. Using elements such as arcades, fine moldings, high ceilings and balconies.

The general distribution has been emphasized by the proportions of the spaces, the materials, textures and the colours.

The two floor building is placed at the corner of the property to enlarge the open areas. Entering the house, a stone treated courtyard welcomes us, from there, we can observe that the horizontal direction of the building is broken by a vertical large volume emphasized by a colorful stained glass window. The arches derive our attention to the main vertical volume that has a dome ceiling.

Through a small atrium the first glance to the interior of the house ends in an internal stone treated patio with a central pound. Next to this small atrium is the double height vertical volume rounded with an arcade that excels the romantic marble and curved steel stair. This volume highlights the classical architecture of the residence.
The horizontal direction of the residence is broken by a vertical volume.

The large colorful stained glass window and the designed curved steel arches give the residence a personal touch.

In the second floor, a virtual ceiling arch serves as an open gallery that connects all the bedrooms, with a principal terrace in front of the master bedroom, with a view to the pool.
